“Excellent experience. Bought a boat without trailer and had to return to Puerto Rico. Between Jessica and Felipe, they got me an excellent trailer that met my budget while meeting my expectations. All this seems typical for a trailer company, but they exceeded. With me at the island, in remote, they were able to coordinate with the boat carrier to the island, take the boat to the carrier and make sure everything to be flawless. I was highly recommended to this family operated trailer company by a friend of mine in the marine industry. I met the ladies in the front office and they are very proud and knowledgeable about their trailers. They introduced me to the shop forman and he gave me a tour of the shop and the quality materials they use. These trailer are designed and built with pride using the best materials available. They use all stainless and aluminum hardware that other companies call upgrades. I ordered the trailer they recommended to fit my Formula boat and it was built on time. Willy and Phillipe custom fit my new trailer to fit my boat perfectly before I left their shop. I also highly recommend this company now for both their trailer designs and customer service!

Great customer service, excellent quality of the materials they use. The manufacture of the trailers is really worth it for the money you pay for… I got several quotes from different companies and they promise you many things included in the price but once you get there they start adding additional charges for every part. Bad 2D Bone trailers includes everything a trailer needs in the price. The warranty is also a plus and the service of the manager and owner is always attentive and professional.
